Shipping Policy

At ZAREE ORGANIC, we aim to deliver your organic products safely and on time.

1. Delivery Timelines & Charges

• Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
• Shipping Charges: Flat shipping rates apply at checkout. Free shipping on orders over PKR [Insert Amount, e.g., 3000].

2. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to track your package.

3. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
• Online payments via Credit/Debit Cards and Mobile Wallets (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) are also accepted.

4. Damaged or Undelivered Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package.
